Mission Statement
The Mission Statement of the Tehama County Superior Court is to ensure the prompt and fair adjudication of all cases and to improve public confidence in the Courts through accessibility, communication and education.

Traffic Ticket Amnesty Program
- The Traffic Ticket Amnesty Program offers discounts on some old unpaid traffic tickets starting January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012.
- The Program applies to adult and juvenile vehicle code and non-vehicle code infractions that were due to be paid before January 1, 2009 meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Parking tickets, misdemeanor violations such as driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving and others are NOT eligible.

| Now Available Pay Your Tickets and Fines Online |

Tehama County Superior Court now accepts credit card payments on traffic tickets and certain criminal fines. People that wish to pay online may do so from the court's website: https://www.paybill.com/tehamasuperiorcourt, or by calling (877) 490-0230.
To pay by phone or on the Internet, you must have your docket number and a valid credit card number (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only) to complete the transaction. With payment online or by phone, it takes up to 48 hours to release DMV holds.
